Wesley is an associate practicing in the area of corporate/commercial law. His practice focuses on various types of corporate matters including business organization and restructuring, corporate transactions, and the drafting, negotiation and review of commercial agreements. 

Prior to joining the firm, Wesley practiced as a sole practitioner and as in-house counsel at a legal services provider of a full spectrum of litigation support services to legal professionals and their clients. As a former business operator, Wesley understands the need to provide his clients with practical advice. His primary goal when working with clients is to offer services that mitigate risk and solve problems before they happen. 

Wesley received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communication Studies from the School of Journalism and Communication at Carleton University. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. 

When Wesley isn’t in the office, he likes to spend his time being active, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and watching his favourite stand-up comedians perform.
