Shane Greaves is a litigation lawyer with a practice focused primarily on real estate litigation, employment litigation, and mortgage litigation/enforcement. Shane has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has obtained Judgments for his clients in an aggregate amount of more than $5 million dollars. Shane has assisted on other cases before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has also represented clients before numerous administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
In 2012, Shane graduated with distinction from Queen’s University, receiving an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. He then graduated from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2015.
When not working, Shane’s interests include fitness, playing hockey and cheering on Toronto’s major sporting teams.
