One of Morrison Brown Sosnovitch LLP’s founding partners, Morris’ practice focuses on real estate, banking and corporate finance law. He is one of only approximately 12 lawyers in Toronto who have earned the Law Society of Upper Canada’s prestigious designation of Certified Real Estate Specialist. Morris works primarily with privately held businesses and real estate companies located in Southern Ontario including developers, builders, investors, owner-operated businesses, lenders and borrowers, joint ventures and partnerships, and property managers. Morris is retained by other lawyers and title insurance companies to advise them on complex issues.

Morris has been happily married for over 35 years. He has three grown children who have growing young families of their own. He is actively involved in the community as a charity fundraiser and is a member of the board of his synagogue. He enjoys trying to keep fit, learning new things, travelling, a good book and spending time with his family.
