Since he began working with the firm in 2000, David, a partner in Morrison Brown Sosnovitch’s litigation, employment and franchising groups and a managing partner, has represented both corporate clients and individuals involved in a variety of litigation matters, both before the courts and in arbitration proceedings. In addition to employment, litigation and franchising law, David has extensive experience in the areas of shareholder, commercial and real estate disputes.

David, a busy father of four young daughters, still makes charitable endeavours a priority. He is involved in several charitable activities including the annual JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. David is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys baseball, hockey, football, skiing and golf.
