Agatha Chiu is an associate practicing in the areas of franchising, trademarks, commercial leasing and corporate/commercial law.

Prior to joining the firm, Agatha practiced in the areas of corporate law, real estate matters, and wills and estates in a boutique law firm in Oakville. She also served for over a decade as a legal and compliance manager for one of Hong Kong’s major banks.

Agatha is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and providing her clients with practical and efficient legal solutions. With a background in business and finance, Agatha is confident that she can apply her business sense and legal knowledge to resolve her clients’ issues. Outside of work, Agatha enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
