Shane Greaves is an associate developing a practice focused mainly on litigation. Shane joined the firm in 2015 as an articling student, and then returned as an associate in 2016 following his Call to the Bar. During this time, Shane has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and also assisted on cases before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients at various administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board. Shane’s practice includes commercial litigation, employment litigation, and mortgage litigation and enforcement.
In 2012, Shane graduated with distinction from Queen’s University, receiving an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. He then graduated from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2015.
When not working, Shane’s interests include fitness, playing hockey and cheering on Toronto’s major sporting teams.
